Recent flooding ( Oct 24th 2004) along ings - close to boundary of Connaught Court.
This garden is at the lower end of Fulford Park - Connaught Court is next door behind the railings to the right.

Houses will be built within a few metres of this floodline. This flood (Jan 2005) was a fairly minor event compared to the flood of 2000.
